A lifelong student of communication, Jenay specializes in authentic brand development—teaching athletes how to stand out online and off the field through intentional messaging, media strategy, and purpose-driven storytelling. Her experience as a corporate marketing executive and college professor gives her a unique ability to bridge the gap between education and entrepreneurship, guiding athletes, parents, and coaches through the new era of NIL.

Matthew Mitchell develops and manages athlete-first processes that make NIL opportunities easier to evaluate, accept, deliver, and disclose. Drawing on health information technology and product operations experience, he builds repeatable workflows—offer intake, scope templates, milestone & payout tracking, and educational disclosure prompts—so athletes and families can move confidently while respecting school and state requirements.

On the data side, Matthew applies practical AI and machine learning to understand trends and improve engagement without overpromising outcomes. He uses signal scoring and recommendation techniques to surface better brand–athlete fits, NLP to summarize briefs and categorize content, and lightweight forecasting to identify when and where outreach is most likely to work. Clear dashboards translate these insights for athletes, coaches, and partners.
